Fellow gymcel friend died from injecting 150 mg of test

He injected it in his butthole all of the 150 mg he then had a seizure attack and suddenly his lungs stopped breathing air ( test has no relation with lungs tho ) also his heart suddenly stopped and he died laughing.
I feel so sad for him , wish he stayed natty and blasted ashwagandha and tongkat ali
