Fellow gymcels, what are your current workout routines??

Currently I do the following

Monday - pull
Tuesday - push
Wednesday - legs
Thursday - pull
Friday - push
Saturday - legs
Sunday - push

No rest day. push is bench and overhead press, pull is deadlift, rows, pull ups, and legs is squats and lunges

What if your an armlet and their not growing on this routine?
 
I do calisthenics, sprint and wrestling with my 30kg dog. Also picking up heavy rocks, swinging metal bars that weigh 10 kg like a sword (Guts Black Swordsman physique training)
I workout when I feel like it, but I walk every day

train biceps in the push days and triceps in the pull days when they're not fatigued from compound movements. That helped me

1. Lower body
2. Upper body
3. 100 / 200m sprinting
4. Lower body
5. Upper body
6. Boxing
7. Rest day

repeat
