This isn't normal bro, she gotta go to a doctor. Looks like a form of alopecia (Female pattern hair loss)

Maybe you can try somehow remedy it by using a dermastamper and Minoxidil 5% everyday (preferably liquid form)

The issue with minoxidil is it's like cyanide for your pets, dogs cats etc.. it will kill them with just a drop.

take this with a grain of salt (im only a student nurse) topical minoxidil can definitely help, but if the root problem of stress is not fixed and not partitioned with good sleep and nutrition, it won't help

going to a doctor to get some panels would also help, but if she's really stressed, like you said, it could just be chronic stress causing all of this
