Feminine voice problem

What I do not enjoy is being misgendered on every single call. I am a biological man, I was born in 2002, however I suppose my voice just sounds really feminine over the phone. I usually ignore it when people misgender me, and it has gotten to the point to where i do not even correct them anymore. I just don't really know what to do about it anymore, on top of getting people who don't listen to me nor like what i like to say half the time, it really just makes it so much worse getting misgendered. does anyone have any advice on this? Thyroplasty, it’s an underrated looksmax for voicecels. It’s not that risky either from what I know, but I need to do more research on it. I’m considering getting it done.
