I have basically cleared my acne. I used to have absolutely horrific acne and PIE it was unbearable - here is how I fixed it.

Step 1

Addressing the Causes And Preventing Acne

- No overeating
- Getting lean if you aren't already - lean individuals are way less likely to have inflammation, which is a causer of acne, and leaving you with these marks.
- Accutane (worked for me) I only get a tiny spot like once every like month or two.
- Walk after eating
- Don't go sleep bloated
- Washing face daily
- Wash or change pillow cases (if ur lazy change the sides of the pillow u sleep on)
- Shower before you sleep
- Don't go sleep with a moisturizer on - use something that will not make you oily but instead puts a layer on your skin e.g hylauronic acid.

Step 2
Treating the PIE

- Vitamin C megadose (2000-5000mg daily) BE CONSISTENT!!
- Avoiding too much sun exposure -
- Vitamin D
- Hitting Protein (to rebuild collagen and new layers of skin)
- 10-15 minute of sun daily (no sunscream)
- Avoid too much sunlight (hours of sun)
- niacinamide nightly - this the holy grail and will give you the best effects
- Getting lean to build up more elastin and less surface area of skin to cover (skin heals faster)
