the great results are way rarer and the filler one and you can get fillers fast and cheap it will look literally natural if not overdone and ofc jaw filler. Also idk which implant designer you can rlly trust as every major glazed designer on this site have their negative sides

I do think that for many cases you are right, I mean it's silly when you see dudes here who have a relatively minor bone issue claim they will get implants when filler is a much better case for it. I feel like implants should be saved for when there is a legit large disrepancy, like a really 404 jaw for jaw implants or midface hypoplasia for cheekbones

Jaw Implants often very hard to place plus masseter dehiscence. For jaw filler mogs. For infras I think Implants do make sense. I have seen a lot of good infra results.
