Fillers are good for creating a square chin but i wouldn't use them to fraud a wide jaw, unless it's already quite wide and you're just looking for that extra boost or to fix mild asymmetry. If you get too much filler it looks fake and can migrate, plus you need to get it retouched every 6 months or so which gets very expensive
