This simulation is very bad at predicting how your nose would change. And because of the anterior downgraft it would barely even change if anything.

I mean, with this plan, you will have a slightly shorter face. Also, from the front profile, you have a negative smile line, which adds an older appearance when smiling. If I were you, I would ask the surgeon about it

Occlusion has to match the upper, upper is already coming 8mm forward. The bite needs to align

That was a concern I had, but with my recession anything less would look underadvanced, and then the lower jaw wouldnt be advanced at all

100% it's clear by looking at his skull.
His maxfac does no CW he may be a subhuman maxfac or just a scammer.
That chin is horrible, he needs reduction.

all advancements with some rotation

2 week post op update, midface swelling is still very much noticeable, more prominent than swelling on the rest of the face

Slowly regaining upper lip function, but lower lip not so much obviously

1mg BPC-157 daily
2.5mg TB-500 Monday & Thursday

+ gear & ancillaries

Starting ARA-290

Bite is perfect and sleep has been great, airway is huge now, basically top 1%
