Final verdict on potassium

If i eat salt i get bloated and if i minimize salt intake i feel like shit (probably because there are no electrolytes in me).

So i read that the solution is to balance out the salt intake with potassium.

What should i supplement with/eat in order to do that.
 
Basically you want to reduce water retention right?

1) eat bananas and potatoes, Brokkoli 🥦 and tomato🍅
2) drink dandeilion tea
3) eat lots of parsley
4) drink more water and reduce salt intake (like u already mentioned)

I supplement potassium, because I just love salty food and my face looks much leaner
