Finally doing Bimax, Help me

Going on a trip in the next 2 weeks, to consulting with surgeons, in Germany, Poland, and Italy. I have a slight overbite, I want to fix that and also do bimax,I already have a decent jaw but this surgery will literally make my Jaw god tier.what should I know before making an appointment, can someone guide me. what should I ask, this is my first time traveling alone, and first time talking to doctors .help me out.

You seem like you need bimax, but its hard to tell because tbh your recession is in an unusual way, that doesn't follow typical recession. You have to send these pics to a Maxillofacial Surgeon and consult them. There's some on Instagram, do you know need their page links?

I have booked an appointment with 5 surgeons recommended here. I will go and talk and decide then. Braces will take atleast 6 months before performing surgery so I need to make sure whom I am doing with.
