Finally figured out why my legs are so short

I have a long af torso compared to my legs, it looks uncanny as hell.

If you have chronically elevated cortisol, reduce it and treat the root cause of its release as soon as possible, especially of you are still growing taller.

I have 11 inch feet 6'2 wingspan , 20.7 cm hands and still wear 31 inseam my legs are shorter than dad when all other body parts are exactly same . I dont know why.maybe protein deficiency cause of vegeterian diet

I have the legs of someone that's 5' and the torso of someone that's 7' with a 6'8 wingspan.

I read a study that stated teens with diagnosed general anxiety had shorter legs in relation to torso length and an average of 2 inches less height than anticipated. If your arms are long and torso is long and you are constantly anxious this could be stunting your growth significantly it’s crazy

5'6. Belly button is the exact middle point of my height. Wingspan is exactly my height

No, it means you can’t get LL while remaining proportionate.

I can’t relate, I’ve had OCD and anxiety since early childhood and grew to be 5’7 with short legs.
