Is there any meaningful treatment to the way finasteride fucks with the neurosteroid levels in your brain, the only thing that seems to help for me is adderall but it’s temporary. I feel like I have no soul even though I should be happy

Also try Dutasteride, but having anhedonia symptoms is mostly nocebo, you wouldn’t even feel being on 100ng/ml of testosterone if someone didn’t tell you, the one that you would feel it’s low estradiol, the rest mostly nocebo

idk about dutasteride cause i havent had any issues with ED, gyno or libido so i dont wanna push it cause adderall already gives me stim dick. im gonna give pregnenolone and clomid a shot

Update?

Had depression for 2 weeks, quit the medication for a bit and symptoms seemed to reside, I think the biggest issue was the fact that shortly after I came back from vacation I forgot to buy magnesium which added on to my sleep problems. Re continued the medication recently, just need to make sure not to fuck up my sleep. Might split my pills to .5mg given all of this though,
