Wellbutrin is a very mild effect. When I come off for a couple days I barely notice any difference tbh

If you're on Finasteride you should be taking it everyday anyways because you need it to compensate. On TRT or roids you should get tested to see where your levels are at but if they're low it should be corrected with hrt

Progesterone is feminizing at female doses like 100-200mg a day. We're talking like 15-30mg here

Dude I'm not kidding. Finasteride issues stem from allopregnanolone deficiency. I've tried this and progesterone fixes the issue completely. I also know it's not testosterone-related because I'm on TRT high dose and still had issues. Constant brain fog, anxiety, depressive episodes, inability to relax when having sex especially, ALL went away when I started progesterone.

My libido never really increased despite being on cycle. The main problem though is not being able to finish which I think is due to death grip. Wondering if this is fin related. Maybe I need to inject progesterone.

It's not gonna hurt to try lol. And also don't masturbate for 5-7 days and see if you still can't come, it mostly likely will be resolved completely

Im Peatarian. Progesterone, allopregnanolone, testosterone, sunlight, sugar (honey/fruits), Aspirin, Glycine, Liver, Low PUFA, Lower fiber, etc. Those things I now am convinced work to truly shift to higher metabolism and better adaptability to life stressors, thus reducing anxiety and/or depression. SSRIs like lexapro serve no benefit above and beyond what allopregnanolone can do, while raising serotonin which fucks your metabolism/energy levels and nukes your libido.
