First day update on animal based+starch

Note to self, oats bloat my stomach. I feel this gut irration right now rven though I soaked the oats. It was also the holidays and mom forced me to eat rice and that caused bloating too

Now this leaves one thing for me, well 3. When I made myself pumpkin french fries, 0 bloat, 0 irritation. When my mom made mashed potatoes yesterday, 0 bloat, 0 irritation. Listen to ur body buddy boyos

What I’m gonna be eating:

Meat ofc as always, dairy primarily

Then on the side I will have low carb fruits as peppers, tomatoes, avocados, cucumber. Then the source of complex carbs will just be potatoes and pumpkin. The end. I wonder what’ll change, skin, leanness, physoque etc.

Im replacing the fruit I eat with starch now. Why? Because its less damaging technically from lower sugar compared to simple carbs as bananas and apples and the other fruits I ate. I ate a lot of fucking fruits before until now. I want to see how I will change with just eating potatoes/pumpkin and low carb fruits that I mentioned earlier

I already did. Its time for a switch to see how I will change. Fruits fuck your liver long term and I wanna see how my body will change on this diet. Skin, leanness, muscle etc.

So far, I realized one thing. Oats are NOT for me. My gut is bubbling and feels like theres a weight burden inside me. Potatoes dont make me feel this way at all

yeah stay away from grains, potatoes and good quality rice with a saturated fat in combination, like butter for example is good.

Ever sunce beginning a paul saladino diet, I am leanner then I have ever been. I remember how I started to get leaner and skin got cleared up. It was like heaven. But I’m learning that this isn’t optimal and that there is long term from this way of eating. Until I can brcome full strict carnivore, I will try to switch this around and see what happens from eating complex carbs like punpkin and potatoes and low carb fruits

yes, its simple, dont eat too many carbs, randle cycle gets activated when you eat too much fat in combination with carbs.

This is 1000% true for some, but not me or my mother (she had to find out the hard way jfl). She soaked the rice for 24 fricking hours and boiled it, mixed it with raw yogurt, then added butter. Just for me to have a giga bloat and vomit attack. Rice AIN’T for me

Fuck grains too. Potatoes and pumpkin all the way for now

rice is problematic because most white rice is too high in arsenic, over time you develop symptoms of intoxication

although they are technically fruits, they still have toxins that repel you for a good fucking reason and antibiotics are generally bad because they'll kill ALL bacteria, not just the bad ones

pretty much fuck all because hyper optimizing your diet is pointless
If your diet is already top .1%(no junk, mainly animal based, no high sugar) but you still have some visible problems persisting(i.e. acne) then the diet is definitely not the thing holding you back
