First workout after four months

It was gruelling, felt so fucking weak and out of breath like the skinny fat pajeet I am. This fucking curryland also has shit lighting and mirrors I legit looked so Dalit and dead from close up. I felt the meaning of death by pheno at that time didn’t even want to raise my head and look. I used to enjoy lifting a bit and every rest period I had I was thinking of blackpill and how brutal it is. But I came home and looked in my mirror ( which is slightly better but still not ideal) and FUAAARKKK. Insane zygo popping and hollow cheeks , all the bloat gone. And now I’m getting the endorphin rush while I’m typing this feels good af 🤩🤩; from tomorrow I’ll start dosing dnp aspirin t3 high dose ritalin and I should be 14 percent bf in a month.

I also did an intense workout after being sedintary for 3 months before, was on the verge of throwing up

Nigga fr same. I did a small workout today all the bloat gone, insane zygo popping and whatnot. Also btw how often is it safe to take aspirin and at what dosage. I'm already taking t4 for a year now along with caffeine and nicotine regularly just for the sake of it. I'm thinking of shifting to aspirin daily. I've only went up to 400 mg for now

As long as you take some k2 for every gram of aspirin you’re fine. I’m rn doing 2 g a day, take t3 without t4 if possible since t4 can get converted to reverse t3 which slows down metabolism.. or take t4 just before bed with adequate sugar /fructose and selenium( preferably from oysters) as those help convert t4 to t3

As long as you take some k2 for every gram of aspirin you’re fine. I’m rn doing 2 g a day, take t3 without t4 if possible since t4 can get converted to reverse t3 which slows down metabolism.. or take t4 just before bed with adequate sugar /fructose and selenium( preferably from oysters) as those help convert t4 to t3
I take t4 2 hours after my breakfast 50 MCG daily. Been a year at this point and I've experienced way more bone mass gain than I ever did throughout my puberty. And not coping, everyone else has noticed too. Or maybe my face has completely leaned out in general with the same body fat percent.

I take t4 2 hours after my breakfast 50 MCG daily. Been a year at this point and I've experienced way more bone mass gain than I ever did throughout my puberty. And not coping, everyone else has noticed too. Or maybe my face has completely leaned out in general with the same body fat percent.
Same peating for 7 months. Gained some fat on it but my bone mass has definitely increased, I used to be leaner but never had the definition I have now even at higher bf. Seems weird af cause I’m already 21 and bone mass should largely be set already but dk how else to explain it, even my frame is bigger one of my friends commented on it even though like I said I lost all muscle ( he saw me gymcelled before peating and then stopping gym and no muscle after peating and commented on my frame being bigger last time)

Fr. I haven't done the diet part of peat much but hormones are basically all from there apart from progesterone and I've noticed alot of unexplainable change.. I hope this continues.
