Lurker coming with some insight:
For how good the aesthetics and procedural info on this site is, the fitness advice that often gets tossed around is quite frankly a joke.
"Calistenthics is for looking good", "LOL progressive overload is cope, just look at powerlifters physiques", "combine your cardio and your warmup by doing your cardio before your lifting", etc.
I'm by no means saying gymcelling is a solution to all problems, and not that it's a quick fix either. But realistically speaking, it is one of the nicer hobbies you can adopt which will undeniably make you more attractive if done correctly.
So this advice is for all of you scouting and comparing Lefort surgeons in your country and overseas, while at the same time trying to diet without changing eating habits or CICO and lifting bitch weights or only doing isolations.
Please, just take 10-15 minutes to read 4chan's /fit/ness wiki and get the by far easiest thing to get right properly done first.
