Lurker coming with some insight:
For how good the aesthetics and procedural info on this site is, the fitness advice that often gets tossed around is quite frankly a joke.
"Calistenthics is for looking good", "LOL progressive overload is cope, just look at powerlifters physiques", "combine your cardio and your warmup by doing your cardio before your lifting", etc.
I'm by no means saying gymcelling is a solution to all problems, and not that it's a quick fix either. But realistically speaking, it is one of the nicer hobbies you can adopt which will undeniably make you more attractive if done correctly.

So this advice is for all of you scouting and comparing Lefort surgeons in your country and overseas, while at the same time trying to diet without changing eating habits or CICO and lifting bitch weights or only doing isolations.

Please, just take 10-15 minutes to read 4chan's /fit/ness wiki and get the by far easiest thing to get right properly done first.

I have stopped saying anything scientific here without having a metastudy or a collection of scientific study which proves what I claim

Just find a legit fitness youtuber and take his advice. Greg Doucette and Vitruvian Physique know their stuff and Athlean X is very good for postural advice.

Can i get a good body with very small wrists? Isnt it a sign of poor genetics?

When at the gym, every hot person does typical douche workouts with typical douche exercises. Generally speaking, only fat guys, beta twinks, and incels are seen doing heavy deadlifts and squats.

Women do squats but they only do lower body. Again it's generally only incel women who work their upper body at all. All the hot chicks are working glutes while incel chicks are curling.

the average londvillie or 60kg twink on this forum doesnt have a lot of knowledge regarding training and diet obviously

Not sure anybody would give a fuck (I look like a ripped twink, should look good enough for some), but here's my routine:


Day A:
Squats, 3 sets, 5 reps.
Bench, 3 sets, 5 reps
Chin-up, 3 sets to exhaustion
Dip, 3 sets to exhaustion
Running/Cardio 10~15 minutes

Day B:
Single leg squats (pistol squats), 3 sets, 10 reps
Overhead press, 3 sets, 5 reps
Deadlift, 1 set, 7 reps.
Chin-up (or pull ups) 3 sets to exhaustion
Running/Cardio 10~15 minutes
(If possible) Push-ups, 3 sets 30 reps (12 reps if doing elevated push-ups)

Day C:
Running/Cardio 30 minutes
Hanging leg raises, 3 sets to exhaustion
Plank (sometimes side planks), 3 sets, 1 minute each
V-Sits, 3 sets, 15 reps
(Optional) Calisthenics shit, handstands
