I’m pretty sure I was born with some sort of natural vitamin D deficiency. I’ve been taking prescribed vitamin D, weekly 50000iu, for almost my whole life, and in the last two years I’ve been eating a d3/k2 supplement semi consistently. I also get a lot of sun and exercise regularly. The reason why I feel the need to fix this is because my hair is on the thinner side and my cowlick shows a lot of my scalp and I feel like that’s partly due to my deficiency. Also thicker hair would genuinely improve my appearance. I’m looking into Calcitriol right now but I don’t have a prescription for it. If you have any tips lmk 🙏
