No surgery is gonna meaningfully save that. Ur not really a bimax candidate and genio won't save ur jawline. Honestly just beard fraud.

mewing works pre puberty for bone growth but it raises hyoid bone at any age

combine that with chintucks and fixing rounded shoulders and ur jaw will 100% look better
