Everyone has it. The crease is the transition from lower eyelid to upper cheek. In some people it's more or less visible due to fat distribution, skin thickness, etc.

The appearance of it can be improved by increasing skin collagen and moisturizing the area. I'd recommend topical retinoids but you have to be careful when applying it to the under eyes.
