It is worth noting that oral pioglitazone is known to inhibit bone formation and increase bone resorption by causing stem cells to preferentially differentiate into adipocytes rather than osteoblasts (tldr more fat, less bone).

i would say if you apply small dosage on small area topically it wouldn’t cause systemic effects, and I believe sunflower oil is pretty weak compared to pioglitazone

I would say if you want to apply it daily multiple times a day it’s better to apply something stronger so you have higher chance of it working

I have the formula but not the ingredients, I am missing some of them and saving up some money to purchase it
