fixed crossbite by thumbpulling

idk how, but my crossbite fixed as i felt my maxilla shift.

when i bite down now, both my teeth touch at the same time.

before it was just the left biting down. this was after 10 minutes of thumbpulling straight forward and laterally.

constant hard pressure distributed evenly.

my back hurts now.

probably just a plecebo you might be shifting your jaw in a way that makes it look like your crossbite is gone and you just dont feel it

idk it might come back. ill keep trying until its fully gone.

ye, and get an x ray or check up with a doctor too to see if you have any teeth issues or somthing that might cause you more trouble in the long run

im currently never seeing the orthodontics again. im gonna try my best to push my maxilla forward. it seems to be working slowly.
