Fixing asymmetry

I read that sleeping on the back helps with an asymmetrical face. First: is that cope or not? And second: does it only prevent the face from getting even more asymmetrical or does it actually change the face? Or is it better to start sleeping mirrored to my current position?

mostly cope.
It probably has made you asymmetrical a bit but its too late now.
Plus asymmetry is mostly bone structure, 85 percent of ppl have it whether its not as bad as others.

The you're probably exaggerating the effects of it in your hand. If you look carefully you can see asymmetries in everyone even psl gods.
