JFL, another pill, 2-3 mg a day for 80 kg is ideal, choose a mineralized water with 1,5 mg/l in it with plenty of calcium/magnesium/bicarbonates, I don't even talk about the cavities benefits for a fully developed adult where fluorosis would be hard to induce compared to developing teeth where the risk is higher
