If you want great Bimax u need to maximise mandibular advancement which means u need CCW

Now lot of people are afraid of Chimp lip, but it's all about aesthetic value

I advise you to show to your surgeon the aesthetic plan of Alfaro Hernandez for his planning:
-He draw a line from nasion soft tissue
-He pull both jaw to that line
-He then do CCW until ur occlusale plane reach 4-6 degree

Also how is incisor compensation done, i mean what extent?

U can have incisor inclinasion but i don't think it can reach the soft tissue plane

Btw i also have incisor compensation , they are proclined 10degree more than normal range

I saw surgeon denying me Bimax cause i have normal SNA and SNB value, just fuck them

Some have accepted my Bimax but fuck they don't give me CCW so i will not risk them elongating my face
