For infaorbital implants are peek really a lot better then silicone?

are peek infaorbital implants much better then silicone? Why?pros? Cons?
if so what are best drs that perform peek implants?

I was gonna use taban but few users suggested peek implants..He doesn’t offer peek ,only silicone

From what i’ve heard Pagnoni is great, but not sure if he does all the soft tissue work like Taban does, I think ideally it would be Taban’s work with Peek implants by Pagnoni, could be wrong about this as i’m looking for an answer for the eyes as well
