I was 250lbs and cut to 180. The way to lose weight is by getting into a caloric deficit and hitting 15k steps a day.

Lots of cardio and keeping cals low. If you are going to sleep hungry every night then you are probably in a decent deficit.

You can take any of these GLP-1 Agonists:
  1. Semaglutide
  2. Tirzepatide
  3. Retatrutide
Get on a reasonable caloric deficit and do cardio. I recommend the Stairmaster for cardio. Also lift weights to gain and preserve muscle. Eat appropriate amounts of protein as well.

Retatrutide, Lift 5 days a week usually Monday-Friday. Cardio on both Sat and Sun. Try to hit your protein intake goal. That’s about it don’t rush it.

that's a great advice thank you, daily cardio? like 40 minutes less or more?

if you dont wanna take any supplements, peptides and hormones then go on a heavy caloric deficit and do a shit ton of cardio, worked for me and i did it in under a year

can you elaborate on the cardio part please?

was it an agressive deficit?
I'm going to be honest. yes. I lost over 60lbs in 4 months. i was only eating 1500 calories a day but guess what. I didn't lose muscle because I ate so much protein, and I was squatting 350, deadlifting 315 and benching 185 consistently through the cut.

cardio just twice a week is enough?
If you do cardio every day you’ll get shin splints and then you won’t be able to do any cardio take it slow man plus you don’t want to have loose fat from losing weight to fast.

the first and foremost thing is a calorie deficit, its just laws of thermodynamics dont let anybody tell you otherwise
alot of diet drinks
alot of coffee - suppressed appetite better than energy drinks for me
starvemaxxing
fasting - i would eat only one meal a day in the evening, impossible to eat more than 2000kcal in one sitting atleast for me i ate real food
fat burners - yes they work to an extent but its not magic
alot of cardio, if ur not completely gone you can walk 10km easily and that burns approximately 1000kcal
if you combine all of these it is impossible not to start dropping weight drastically
fyi i went from 120kg to 85 kg (approximately 80lbs weight loss for burger people)
also it takes fucking time if you dont want to crash your hormones and the functioning of your whole body
my complete transformation took 3 or 4 years i dont remember
yes you will cheat and relapse and when you do just go look in the fucking mirror, look at the friends that have hot gfs or those that slay everytime in the club meanwhile only the bartender talks to you there

cardio and calorie deficit

if u feel like binging buy zero sugar snacks that are low cal

give me solution pls
