For the people who lost over 40 lbs, how did you F* do it?

I was 250lbs and cut to 180. The way to lose weight is by getting into a caloric deficit and hitting 15k steps a day.

Lots of cardio and keeping cals low. If you are going to sleep hungry every night then you are probably in a decent deficit.

You can take any of these GLP-1 Agonists:
  1. Semaglutide
  2. Tirzepatide
  3. Retatrutide
Get on a reasonable caloric deficit and do cardio. I recommend the Stairmaster for cardio. Also lift weights to gain and preserve muscle. Eat appropriate amounts of protein as well.

Retatrutide, Lift 5 days a week usually Monday-Friday. Cardio on both Sat and Sun. Try to hit your protein intake goal. That’s about it don’t rush it.

that's a great advice thank you, daily cardio? like 40 minutes less or more?

if you dont wanna take any supplements, peptides and hormones then go on a heavy caloric deficit and do a shit ton of cardio, worked for me and i did it in under a year
can you elaborate on the cardio part please?

was it an agressive deficit?
I'm going to be honest. yes. I lost over 60lbs in 4 months. i was only eating 1500 calories a day but guess what. I didn't lose muscle because I ate so much protein, and I was squatting 350, deadlifting 315 and benching 185 consistently through the cut.
