I think we can all agree that having really beefy / vascular forearms is a crazy halo and is insanely hot (see below), how did you guys train them and is there any good tips for training the vascularity (being able to see veins) specifically not just size/shape

lol if you're looking for vascularity lose bf% and its literally all genetics you cant change how much veins appear in your arm

I was thinking maybe fraud by wearing shirts that restrict blood flow or use a wristband above your elbow to fraud

vascular forearms while being skinny asf looks ass for me, to grow ur forearms u should do cuffed reverse curls and sam sulek curls

that’s retarded don’t do that. just train forearms and lower bf
yeah but you cant always look vascular and have ur veins popping out optimally, so if you try wearing a rubber band I bet it would make your veins pop hella and give you a crazy physique halo

your body keeps blood pumping for a reason. restricting blood flow to your arms/ hands for extended periods of time does not sound like a healthy thing

I'd say put more muscle on with wrist curls and pop a Cialis

Putting on muscle can make you more vascular
it makes your existing veins more visible thats it, you cant grow more veins through exercises. you wont get that level of vascularity in those photos without genetics

do restrictive blood flow training to mitigate side effects then which you probably dont even need, its also not going to be tight like a tourniquet so it literally isnt that big of a deal if you want to fraud

your body also pumps blood pretty fast to your arms if you need to release

yeah but even just having more visible veins is still a big halo
