Having skinny ass forearms can be quite brutal and make you look a lot less masculine. I train my forearms on every upper day doing 3 sets. My forearms have not grown at all and look like fucking twigs. What exercises are best and is there any ways to fraud. My wrists are tiny which does not help at all

forearms are less relevant than we think tbh its gymcel train 20 muscle groups behaviour.. that said sam has good cable forearm curl technique tho

Its more the wrist size tbf which none of us can change. Mine look like a girls but i look masculine everywhere else lol

its literally like 0.5% difference in your case then, I wouldnt even bother

Just use those grip testing things at 60 kg I’ve done it for a month already seen a bunch of progress and I’m 21% bf but it could be genetics but still use them

Human Growth Hormone and Testosterone Enanthate.

pronated radio brachialis curls with handcuffs to make it a single joint movemnt and D handle for omptimized motor unit recruitment

2 edges then swap hands keep repeating until you’ve done 10 edges on each hand and repeat daily

Have you tried increasing the intensity and doing pelvic floor training so you can edge harder?
not yet. I will give this a go very soon.

they feel so copey bro, I would rather train it like any other muscle group
ehh to be fair it is an antectode (or however u spell it) but it worked for me

U can't improve your wrists at all, but ur forearms can so just spam wrist curls and this fuck ass exercise idk it's name

can hgh or test not add wrist size a tiny bit? or would that just add forearm size quicker and easier
Maybe, idrk but having small wrists can make your forearms look bigger + Yo wrists can't be that bad bro

Any stable and easily progressively overloadable wrist flexor,wrist extendor and elbow flexor with a grip that disadvantages ur bicep

Wrist curls 20-30 lb dumbbells 30 reps 4 sets. Forearms are the only visible part of your body with a shirt on other than neck so they should be prioritized. Will increase vascularity like crazy and get you random compliments. I've had times where I only worked out forearms and rear/side delts (for posture, rear delts are extremely important for posture).

im pretty sure u just got a pump from all that volume and thought u gained muscle
If that was true, then I would really lose vascularity on off days, or periods where I worked out less.

im not saying that your workout doesnt build muscle,im just saying it was excessive volume
You could simply do less volume,make the same gains and recover better.

You are probably right, I'm not a science based lifting person. It worked for me tho. I mean I don't think forearm recovery is that intensive for it to matter much.

Also I'd say for forearms building muscle matters less than vascularity. I don't think girls are too attracted to popeye, meanwhile pinterest is full of veiny forearms and hands.

Vascularity is mostly genetics
and how visible ur veins are depends on the thickness of ur skin

Yeah maybe it's just a genetic thing idk, all I know is I lifted like that and got veiny forearms.
