Foreheadmaxxing in photos

How does someone get a forehead to appear good in photos consistently? In my experience some photos will have your forehead looking huge and some where it looks a good size, but in real life your forehead could be just fine.

Its all about angles and lens distortion. Pics from above eye-line will make it smaller
