I request that you take this thread:
(https://looksmax.org/threads/iqmaxxing-and-skillmaxing.139809/) out of botb
and put mine there instead:
My guide is a combination of 7 different S tier guides that walks you through the thinking process as well as different techniques that actually work and it even has a set end goal which is reachable.
This other persons guide is a loosely thrown together collection of skills which even if you learn the op still admits won't improve your intelligence:
Even if you are somehow able to learn this persons randomly thrown together list of skills (which you would need to be a genius polyglot to do) it will at best help you will skills that are only closely related whereas mine includes skills which have been proven to help you with topics that aren't closely related. (Mnemonics, Meditation, Visual memory)

(Hes right btw it's called near transfer)The title is misleading since there is no scientific evidence that you can do anything about your raw IQ, however the brain is capable of learning a lot and mastering with repetition eventually and a knowledge base > raw IQ and what is considered as intelligence by society. You can also maximize your existing cognition ability and need to prevent its decline with age, isolation and lack of activity/exposure.
