at 14 youre still developing so good habits matter, they wont rewrtie your bone structure however, keep head and neck posture neutral and avoid mouth breathing since rhat will worsen the issue, tongue posture wont grow your maxilla forward but it can help maintain better allignment and prevent things from worsening, for sctual forward growth use orthodontic intervention

doesnt ruin your face just exaggerates stuff you already notice, forward head posture can make your thr jaw/midface look more recessed but its not reshaping your bones, fixing your posture will clean up your appearance
