i mean for roids idk, tag a roid specialist, but i know that if u do bench press, and u do various other workouts with ur shoulders and chest, it could potentially thicken ur clavicles and widen them a bit, dont take my word on that tho

I mean, bone structure (not length, but density and overall structure) doesn't stop developing until the mid 20s, so he does have a chance to improve his frame but probably not significantly. He's better off just getting jacked and trying to fraud it.
