5’8 is quite far from the acceptable height standard for men 180cms+. I’m saying having a good frame at 5’10 can edge out someone who’s 6ft for example.

What do you mean it’s not Important? It’s literally how wide you are. Your horizontal height so to speak? If anything long arms and torso to leg don’t matter that much. If you have a 23 inch bidelt from bone and muscle, you’ll mog irrespective of wingspan and other ratios

Frame doesn’t work that way. Frame is in proportion to your specific body ratios. If you’re under 6’ you can still have wider shoulders in comparison to your waist, likewise many people 6’+ can have a shitty frame in comparison to their own body proportions.. as long as your shoulders are wider than your hips and your neck is thick, ideal limb length, etc. then your frame is good.. tall or short.
