Just lol at training for strength as a framecel, you'll never grow much size. All those barbell movements are ideal for thick wristed robust men who are genetically gifted for strength.
If you're an ectomorph, you need to train like a bodybuilder, not like a powerlifter
I'm making the biggest gains of my life by training high volume, high reps, mostly Dumbbell work
 
Biggest bet to appear taller and bigger framed is getting a slim waist, wide lats and big shoulders
