Frequent nose bleed while on Isotretinoin?

I've been on Isotretinoin for around 1 month so far.
Aside from frequent nose bleed, there is only little lips dryness, however the nose bleeding condition is out of control in recent days, occurring 5-6 times in barely two weeks.
Is this a big problem that I should be thinking about? Any solution? - my current dose is 40mg a day.

Honestly experienced the same thing, I was on 80mg and it was hell. I don't quite think theres a solution to the nosebleeds.

Keep the inside of your nostrils moisturized regularly, whether that's with Vaseline or another moisturizer. If you're still getting frequent nosebleeds, lower your dose.

You can also buy omega-3 fish oil tablets to reduce other side effects of isotretinoin like skin dryness/ back pain.

Moisturize nose and take nose spray, also lower blood pressure and dose of iso
