OP said he got fat since high school and would just binge, eat, and rot all day. He went suicidal at the end of 2022 (almost attempting to rope
) and knew he had to change his life. He finally started working out in 2023, so safe to say this life-changing transformation took him only 2 years to achieve.

He lost 105 pounds, going from 270 pounds to 165 pounds. Glad to his dedication, OP said, "Finally I can look in the mirror and love who’s looking back at me."
He looks like a male version of Gio Scotti TBH.

"If you’ve seen me before: Hi all! There’s most definitely a high chance that you’ve seen my post before, sorry if you’re sick of my face Unfortunately it’s taken a few tries but my hopes are this one stays up and that I’ve finally met the requirements to keep my post up.
My journey: I’ve always been an anxious kid growing up but it never troubled my life until Covid hit during my Sophomore year of Highschool. I began undergoing a rapid decline not only in my physical health but mostly my mental. All sports I was apart of ceased instantly during the outbreak and online school began. I couldn’t see my friends and the lack of outlet for physical activity proved to do a number on my health. From 2020 to 2022 I gained over 100 pounds through the unhealthy habits I grew into during my darkest times. I was binge eating anywhere from 3000 to well over 4000 calories a day of junk food whilst not moving in any capacity. I started drinking alone in my room, isolating myself. I was 18 years old and I was an alcoholic and incredibly addicted to nicotine.
Towards the end of 2022 I was incredibly suicidal, almost attempting and then admitting myself to the hospital because my parents knew I couldn’t go on like this. In 2023 I finally decided I need to change and picked up cardio and started therapy. I hated cardio at first but it truly changed my life.
As of today I can proudly say that I went from 270 pounds to now 165 pounds and loving my life again. Ive continued with my cardio, dropped alcohol and nicotine. And finally can look in the mirror and love who’s looking back at me."
