What are good ways to eat healthy whilst keeping monthly expenditures to around 200 bucks a month.

chicken breast

fish if have extra

cereal
oatmeal
quinoa
brown white rice
pasta

and just load up on fruits and veggies you look panda breads


oh olive oil to if you don’t care about dairy acne and not lactose intolerant

Spam and Vienna sausage. Eggs and oatmeal, grits.

Chicken thigh, rice, broccoli, salt, pepper, water, and black coffee. That is all you need and u will save lots of money.

what brand greek yogurt?

Aldi. It's like $3.30 for a container which I'm pretty sure is the cheapest. It's cheaper than Costco.

But Costco is pretty good for saving money.

but For the most part dishes with them in the front
like example sharkshuka, fried rice, butter chicken , sandwiches , salads thousands Of good recipes
