The other problem is that while you're face is actually quite wide, your chin and mouth are too narrow, a bit of a ratface. Basically you're average facially, but asymmetry and acne bring you down to 3-4/10 and if you're a sub5, your height and anything else doesn't really matter.
But, those flaws area fixable, you only need to worry about acne fucking up your skin.
Try eating zero carb for a month, if it doesn't work try tretinoin and if it doesn't work try accutane.
And start saving up for an eye surgery. The only question, do you want to make both eyes look like the left one or the right one?

My chin is narrow? I think depends on angle on face position
