Extra virging olive oil is must have chugging that shit down, also flaxseed oil. Very important is drinking gelatin powder and collagen peptides daily. NO SUGAR!, low carbs with low glycemic index, no prosecced at all, no saturated fat, no frying or overheating.

Green tea daily as much as possible, also pure cocoa powder daily drinking for flavanoids and polythenols.

I dont take all of them, but try to take as much as possible, since they all proven to work. If I could I would.

Got good results myself, had 0 lips before.

good routine but overkill, no way one can do this every day and still have a social life.

Now, let me give some more detailed criticism:

Microneedling every 4 weeks is quite arbitrary. Fully depends on the needle length. If you needle at 0.5mm you can do it every week. If you needle at 1.5mm every 2 weeks at the most.
And it's not necessary to draw blood, although that will happen at 1.5mm either way.

Also please dont microneedle your lips every day. It will likely lead to scarring.

Minoxidil does not prevent hair loss, it simply stimulates hair follicles. Those hair follicles will still become minituarised and die off without Finasteride or Dutasteride (which you gladly mentioned)
But more importantly: Do NOT use Minoxidil on your eyelashes. Minoxidil once it gets in the eye can trigger a thrombosis inside the eyeball and make you go blind. (SOVT)

Laser Hair Removal can be a great option, but it is something that people need to weigh very carefully before doing it. Yes, no facial hair makes you look younger, but in some cases it also makes you look worse. Especially having a masculine face with zero facial hair can look off.

Green tea daily as much as possible, also pure cocoa powder daily drinking for flavanoids and polythenols.

Funny but I do most of them, skin care is like 8 items, most of the items are supplements, but as I said, I try to intake all of them, since its fucking easy to chug down bunch of pills in the morning, u obv dont have to do overkill like me, but I have enough free time to hardcore looksmax now and still have social life, obv when I get to my perfect result of full ascension, I will lower my efforts and reduce my routine.
 
Tan mogs hard tho, if you’re that scared of UV rays you should get fake tan, shit works pretty good. Give it a try. Good thread btw

Tan does look good on some, but my hair color is similar to tanned skin tone, which will make my brown eyebrows and lashes to blend with skin and I will loose contrast between them. My skin already naturally slighly tanned.
 
good routine but overkill, no way one can do this every day and still have a social life.

Now, let me give some more detailed criticism:

Microneedling every 4 weeks is quite arbitrary. Fully depends on the needle length. If you needle at 0.5mm you can do it every week. If you needle at 1.5mm every 2 weeks at the most.
And it's not necessary to draw blood, although that will happen at 1.5mm either way.

Also please dont microneedle your lips every day. It will likely lead to scarring.

Minoxidil does not prevent hair loss, it simply stimulates hair follicles. Those hair follicles will still become minituarised and die off without Finasteride or Dutasteride (which you gladly mentioned)
But more importantly: Do NOT use Minoxidil on your eyelashes. Minoxidil once it gets in the eye can trigger a thrombosis inside the eyeball and make you go blind. (SOVT)

Laser Hair Removal can be a great option, but it is something that people need to weigh very carefully before doing it. Yes, no facial hair makes you look younger, but in some cases it also makes you look worse. Especially having a masculine face with zero facial hair can look off.
I do like 70% of what I listed, and still have social life. Obv its not possible to live with a gf and do this shit, but I am not planning on next year or two anyway, just slay them for one night and let her go home, so I can keep ascending.
I microneedle at 2.5 mm, and 1mm on thinner areas. I dont really believe 0.5mm gives actual results to be honest.

I use minox mostly to increase thickness and density, which it did. I been using min on lashes for 2 years and no problems with eyes at all.

As for laser, it was mandatory for my face, when I got lean my beard shadow ruined my prettyboy niche that I went for, plus it constantly gave me ingrown hairs, reddnes and irritation.

You should dye your eyelashes and eyebrows darker, that would look great in combination with a strong tan. And yes mouth widening + lip fillers would help too
 
Prettyboy maxxing with earrings, chains and tattoos would also increase appeal to some degree.

Mirin man , i am on the road to pretty much doing majority of these things on this list , however i unfortunately dont own a dermapen , just a 1.5mm and 0.5 mm roller , will this still give good results? I was going to derma roll 1x a week then follow with Tret the following next day and then add bha and aha
