Who wants to be spending like 90min 6x a week? Get a life dude. That time can be spent on ANY sport and get you way better results overall for your life.
Trigger hypertrophy, gtfo and live life, eat 0.8g/lb of protein and a whole food, animal based diet.
Even if FB is 70% as good as the best hypothetical split it still mogs because it means you aren’t forced into being a gymcel.
