Ngl FB 3x a week or FBEOD is the best gym split

Low volume too

60 min to 75 min 3x a week

push to failure or very close to failure

minimal legs just 1 squat variation and 1 hinge

Who wants to be spending like 90min 6x a week? Get a life dude. That time can be spent on ANY sport and get you way better results overall for your life.

Trigger hypertrophy, gtfo and live life, eat 0.8g/lb of protein and a whole food, animal based diet.

Even if FB is 70% as good as the best hypothetical split it still mogs because it means you aren’t forced into being a gymcel.

Upper Lower mogs imo, Upper Lower Upper is peak for gains and minimum effort.

Put FB valid anyway, much better than Push Pull, Arnold Split etc

I just do RDLs and Leg Extensions and Calf Raises
