My friend who is a pt, basically made me as a beginner a modified 5x5SL program which is full body + 2 days of cardio. I was just wondering, is there genuinely a difference between full body and PPL? Because I feel like everyone I see always just seem to be doing PPL, where as this program basically incorperates everything into every single day for 3 days per week + the 2 days of cardio.
