I'm recessed really bad. I need bimax, but preparation is complicated in my case.
I had camouflage orthodontics in the past unfortunately.
Now my front teeth roots are reabsorbed bad.

Surgeons say that there are a couple of options:
1. Full presurgical orthodontic decompensation (biggest risk to loose teeth, longest preparation but the best results).
2. Segmental osteotomy (mid risk, mid preparation, mid results).
3. Minimal or no orthodontics and just do huge CCW (lowest risk, worst results, minimal preparation).

Any info that would help me to choose?

How would you choose?

If decompensation is advised always go with it no matter what. I recommend you to not cheap out on your ortho and go to the best option available to you to minimize the risk of tooth loss. Good luck!
