so im first going over the other sides and saving the main sides for later

dry skin/weak nails DNR, it will maybe be annoying for some of yall.

for the dry mouth, you should know your mouth will be drier than before, so just drink 2
large cups water directly after you wake up and before bed aswell, just stay hydrated and your good.

For diarrhea, it will go away. You will get that pretty soon just don't be scarred its
nothing it will go away after a couple of weeks if not then its your diet that you need to fix.

you could get maybe weightloss or a loss of appetite, but just eat bro dw dw you can DNR this.

nose bleeds you can DNR.

you won't be able to run for a while, just make sure to get enough mineralisation so that you at least don't have too much pain.
For joint pain, i would recommend bpc-157 or abalo, it will help with your pain and, ofc, get enough mineralisation.

ofc there are compounds like SS-31 or klotho, but klotho is dumb to take
because it will just inhibit IGF-1 and Wnt, and that will work against your goal, so don't do klotho for eyes.
Also supplement omega-3 fatty acids, there is also some Oxervate you could do, but that isn't made for the retina
It's made for corneal disease and not for retinal protection, but you could still try it out.
Some dorzolamide could also help.

and get some vision checks if you have glasses, it costs like 25, and you gotta do that every month.

if straight lines appear bent, go to the eye doctor and stop with erda.

Let's now move towards the phosphate. Trust me, this is
