FULL FACIAL FAT GRAFTING RESULTS

My only worry is the end results will be unpredictable since you don’t know exactly how much fat will remain

How long post op?

A week now. Still looks bad to me, I’m at 13% body fat but my face looks like someone with 30%

bro that's completely normal, they only look 'good' post op cause its immediately after before swelling comes, I guarantee nobody look good 1 week or even 24h after. im 16 days now and just starting to look regular

Upper eyelid it sits on top of iris so is not

Finally someone who understands that uee does not automatically imply needing ptosis repair.

His asymmetric eyelid show was either cause by additional fat loss in one upper orbit, or skin laxity due to excess skin, which would make him an upper bleph candidate.

Cause they look better post-op which is not the case for me, I look bloated and Asian and all my harmony is gone.
Nah bro I looked terrible post op too, trust me you will look better give it like 1-3 months

I just had it done but it looks uncanny and I might end up needing even more surgeries to fix it. FML.

I warned people about fat grafting to the upper eyelids a while ago. Autists here are lumping it together with infraorbital fat grafting which is indeed low risk and usually won't change you too much but upper eyelids fat grafting can drastically change how you look and many times for the worse. Many guys here who are chasing this trend right now will regret having it or not going more conservative, the people here saying to tell the surgeon to OVERFILL that area are complete retards, that's a one way ticket to getting botched. It's also hard to reverse as fat in the upper eyelids is much more resistant than fat in other places.

I had it done with Bernardini and he overfilled me by a lot despite me telling him to go easy and he did a brow lowering also, it took around 2-3 months post surgery + forced weight loss (around 8kg) for my eye area to stop looking uncanny. I'm now 2 years post op, lost even more weight and now it actually looks quite decent, thankfully I was pretty fat before the surgery so it was easy for me to lose weight.

My advice to you is to lose some weight especially in the first 1-3 months if you think you got overfilled. First few weeks are especially brutal, I personally had to cut out social contact for around 2 months as it was quite obvious I had something done (and not the good kind)

Did you only get fat grafting, or did you also have other eye surgeries with Dr. Bernardini? I’m thinking about going to him for lateral canthoplasty and fat grafting, maybe even spacer grafts. What was your experience like overall?

Yes. I just don’t have the underlying bone structure I guess. I ended up looking Asian, I’ve brutally descended from it.
Very curious about this. Im afraid im a bad candidate aswell. Mind sharing pics in dm?

the bottom part is relatable af

" I personally had to cut out social contact for around 2 months as it was quite obvious I had something done and not the good kind"

So were you hiding it for friends and family or did you tell them?

looks very promising, could you tell me the surgeons name please

Solid result. Eyes look deepset and supported now. But you might need to get another fill in a few months because apparently a good bit of the fat gets reabsorbed.

what the fuck could he possibly be regretting right now
I had my temples grafted and for a long time it look huge way bigger than my jaw and bizigomatic now it has reduced and i am satisfied so it can happen
