1. Eat a very high sugary meal before bed, insulin spikes, hgh is suppresed
2. Turn on the brigthness of all screens to the max (especially oled) and watch the blue light intesenly before bed to supress melatonin
3. Do NO exercise during the day, if you want to exercise, do it on a full belly before going to sleep to worsen sleep quality
4. Jerk off before bed 2-3 times to increase prolactin
5. Take Transfemme® estrogen pills to close your growth plates earlier
6. go to the gym only to lift the heaviest ohp and bb rows you can to compress your spine so you look shorter
7. dont drink water at all, keep your spinal disks dehydrated
