today in this thread I'm going to be talking the primal/raw animal based diet's benefits, myths and how to start
This diet is composed of raw muscle meat, raw organs, raw dairy, raw seafood, and some fruit seasonally
The primal diet was "created" by Aajonus Vonderplanitz in 1997 in his book "We want to live" I quote created because he didn't really invent it, its our ancestors diet which they thrived on for thousands of years before civilization.
Now, Aajonus was wrong about a couple of things (Recommending vegetable juices and being completely against the consumption of salt) which im going to be discussing later in this thread.
Why start the diet: First up, Looks: the primal diet WILL ascend you, but how?
1: Body composition (this ones guarenteed) , here's how, first up im going to start with losing fat, a high scarb diet promotes inflammation in the brain which directly messes with leptin (the satiety hormone that makes you full) it is also messes up even more when the high amount of carbs causing alot insulin to be released to move glucose (sugar from grains, yes im aware it exists in fruits but its balanced in them) into cells , and over time this can cause a leptin resisstance, and it can lead to an insulin resistance and a risk of getting diabetes, So when you cut grains and starches you will be able to lose weight easier as you have much less hunger and the foods you will eat wont make you fat and bloated all the time, and you keep your muscles easier since your body is well nourished and wont need to eat itself to stay alive (losing muscles when you are cutting/losing fat is caused by malnourishment)
2: Bones, everyone and their mother wants to "grow their bones" nowadays and the proper way isn't making yourself infertile with roids or fingering your mouth (thumb pulling) or eating 500g of sugar, its providing the body with the required nutriton so that it can grow like intended (no one is recessed or short naturally), BUT this is NOT guarenteed to happen (your body may have stopped growing depending on your age) but there are ALOT of tranformations on tiktok- you can find the usernames of people who ascended with the diet on tiktok at the end of this thread:

The bone growth will be caused by optimization of hormones BUT dont expect maxillary growth as the bone is fused by mid teens in most people.
Expect good growthin the lower third and brow ridge if your still growing.
Now you may ask, cant i get proper nutrtion without eating raw food? Yes, but it will be harder because the more cooked the food is the less nutriton your going to get because of the destruction of water nutrients by fire, and the food will lose water causing you to need more food to get full and less hydration, but cooking it slightly (raw from the inside) is fine and its a nice way to improve the taste by warming it up and not getting weird looks from your family.

4: Skin quality improvement from better hydration from the raw foods and smoother, more moisturerized skin from increased animal fat intake and MOST IMPORTANTLY less glycation (caused from high sugar/carb intake) which would result damaging of collagen,elastin, impairs enzymes and cellular function which over time will result in very poor skin quality (wrinkles and accelerated aging)
Myths about the dietNow that I've talked about all the pros let me talk about myths about the diet and its cons
1- You will get parasites bro and you will get sick from salmonella!

2- Our ancestors didn't eat like that and we evolved using fire!
-Our hunter gatherer ancestors didnt have access to grains nor would they ever think about picking up random seeds and eating them, it would taste disguisting because of the anti nutrients (posion) which we hide the taste of with sauces and spices, modern day vegetables didnt exist instead they were much more disguisting and worse tasting, also how can we evolve from making the food contain less nutrients?
3-Its not going to ascend you, its all genetics
- If it wont "grow your bones" it will get you clear smooth skin and a sharper less bloated face, guarenteed to ascend you, genetics play a big role no denying that but we can all maximize our genetic potential.
NOW THE CONS:
- Harder time blending in with normies
- Harder time sourcing good quality meat (so that you dont end up with drugs in your system from the factory farmed animals)
- Confusion at the start of starting the diet
- Have to be VERY cautious with parts like bone marrow and liver, because if the animal was sick and you consume this parts from them their is a very high chance of getting sick from whatever posions ( vaccines and other medical drugs) the animal consumed
- If you are a gymcel you will lose some muscle size as a result from the muscles losing water

Raw milk: this is important if your still growing and a very good source of hydration. 9/10
Blood: The goat of all liquids not much to say. 10/10
liver: my favourite, amazing source of nutrients but dont rely on it as its low in animal fats. 10/10
Brain: Arguably the GOAT of all organs, tastes like how it looks 10/10
Eggs: I personally throw out the egg whites since it tastes disguisting because of the anti nutrients, you can cook the egg whites , add the yolks to some minced meat or milk. 9/10
Muscle meat: dont rely on it but its the safest one if you cant source good quality food. 8/10
Oysters: Amazing source of nutrients 10/10
Chicken and other birds: important to COMPLETELY AVOID if you cant find a good source, low in fat. 7/10
Fruit without peelable skin (berries): avoid (pestcides)
fruit with peelable skin/thick outter later (melons, bananas, mangoes, oranges): good seasonally but dont over consume
foods to never consume: grains, vegetables (Phytic acid and anti nutrients)
SALT: if you dont have access to blood or milk you have to consume your water with a bit of salt to imitate natural water:
