First, the pictures for proof. The first pic is from July 7th, the second and third are from late July and early August.

I went from a 17 degree deviation to a 5 degree deviation, with this rate of change it would be fully reversed in another week.
Now, for the method:
Step 1: Take a picture of your face and determine which side of your jaw is “longer” (the red line can help measure this).
Step 2: Lightly push on the chin of that side, moving the jaw through a full range of motion.
Step 3: Do this for 15 reps, 3 sets, 2-3 times a day.
That’s literally it. I’m happy to answer any questions and send full face pics to anyone that PMs me. If you don’t want to read this and instead want to watch a video, here’s where I got the idea from:

Depends on what is asymmetrical. Your jaw bone ? Or your masseter muscle ?
If your bone is asymmetrical you prob have a crossbite/ortho issues. The only way to fix a asymmetrical jaw bones is via surgerys or braces.

I didn't understand very well. If my jaw is tilted to the right should I push to the left?

yes, put your hand on the left side of your chin and move the jaw side to side. The way it works is that the asymmetry is caused by a muscle near the ear that pulls the jaw one way or the other depending on how tight it is so you want to make the side that is loose (which is making the jaw long) tighter. Hope this helps!

good for assymetry muscular in origin, if bone though a different approach is required

Do you have a Midline deviation?
Mine is severe and I won't probably get braces, but fortunately it is a little bit visible from the front(Like chico's for example)

yes, bone is actually a lot rarer and not as severe as a muscle imbalance from what I’ve seen but I do agree

I feel the muscle contracting on the side that is longer is that normal?

So if my jaw tilts to the left from my pov (to the right in a picture), I put my hand on the left side and push towards the right? Thanks.

nope, if it deviated to the left you have to push on the right side of your chin

it doesn’t really matter but I’d assume it would be easier when your mouth is open

My thread is inspired by the video, not copied. An active range of motion will promote more jaw rotation.

one more question, do you do the sets back to back with rests or just a random times of the day?

I’ve been saying this.
How did the jaw become asymmetrical if not through bones? Pressure. And that’s from sleeping, pushing your jaw is so primitive. Yet so effective. Worked for me but I kind of stopped because jaw asymmetry doesn’t bother me much rn.

How can you tell if it's bone or muscle asymmetry?
bone doesn’t deviate to the side like muscle assymetries do. the jaw will typically just look wider if it’s bone and it’s usually not as severe as a muscle asymmetry. you can also tell if when you smile you have a midline deviation it’s definitely muscle. Good question bhai.

The exercise you teach and the one in the video are completely different. The one in the video is isometric.
